Sinopse: In an absorbing mystery thriller, a teenage girl with a past arrives in a new name, new identity, new foster family. Opinião:
No inicio é tudo muito misterioso e confuso, difícil até de se navegar. Acompanhamos o decorrer de eventos em três épocas distintas: na actualidade com "Sulis", no século XVIII com Zac e ainda anteriormente, muitos séculos atrás com Bladud.
Começam por ser histórias diferentes mas com um elo comum, que é a localização geográfica - a cidade inglesa Bath. Eu já estive em Bath e a cidade é linda, com uma bonita arquitectura e é muito popular juntos dos turistas.
Os aspectos que achei cativante nesta obra são: ela mistura fantasia, mistério e ficção histórica, e a descrição dos elementos arquitectónicos que quase que nos transportam para lá.
Eu fiquei bastante curiosa para conhecer as histórias das personagens, eles tinham muito potencial, houve todo um grande "build up" mas quando terminei o livro, fiquei um bocado decepcionada, tem pontas soltas e realmente parece faltar qualquer coisa.
